“Bob was not only a mentor but a real thorough partner who helped me grow the business from $6 million to $100 million. He brought deep expertise in sales, business growth, and how to structure a company to scale. His advice was practical and actionable. He is the finest strategic and tactical thinker I have ever met.”

Meet with Bob. Get to clarity.
Bring the situation, challenge, opportunity or decision in front of you. Together, we examine what is really going on, clarify what matters most and determine what needs to happen next. This is confidential one-to-one counsel — not the beginning of a large consulting engagement.
My experience has been
What you bring is the starting point.
Together, we clarify what matters most, what can move now and what may require deeper change.
What you bring is where the conversation begins. In my experience, it is rarely the matter that most needs to be addressed—or the opportunity with the greatest potential. When you are immersed in a situation, distance is difficult. Together, we examine what is really going on, what the decision turns on and where action can have the greatest impact.
“It is precisely the obvious that needs to be pointed out, because it is so often overlooked.”Peter Drucker
The value of the conversation
Not every action is equal.
Find the one that returns the most.
You know your business. I bring experience-earned perspective, straight talk and the questions that move a decision forward.
You bring intimate knowledge of the business, its history and the decision in front of you. I have seen these patterns before. My questions surface the implications you are too close to see, and the points where you have leverage.
My job is to lead and facilitate the discussion—to question, to suggest, and where it is needed to be very direct—until what most deserves your attention is clear and the direction is one you can act on.
An answer you arrive at yourself is one you will act on. An answer you are handed rarely survives contact with the business.
The work of clarity
Getting to simple
is hard.
The answer is seldom obvious at the beginning. There is too much information, too many competing considerations and too little distance from the situation.
The work is to find what matters, understand what the decision turns on and stay with it until the way forward becomes clear.
The way forward becomes clear: you know what to do—and you know that you know.
How it works
As much value as fast as I can.
Then you run it.
One session. One page. Seventy-five to ninety minutes, one-to-one, on the situation, challenge, opportunity or decision in front of you.
You leave with a single page: what most deserves your attention, the direction you can act on and the immediate next steps.
Fully engaged. Focused on results. Committed to your success.
The fee reflects the business, the decision and the value.
A short call
Twenty minutes, no charge—enough to know. Whether there is a connection here, and whether we both want to work together.
The session
Seventy-five to ninety minutes. Your situation examined properly, with the framing and the assumptions on the table.
One page
What matters most, and what to do next—in a form you can act on and take to your team.
No packages, no retainer, nothing to sign up for. The goal is to leave you more capable, not more dependent on me. If there is a reason to keep working together after that, it is your call, not a plan I arrived with.
Guidance that made a difference
Two businesses.
Two journeys to $100 million.
Long-term advisory relationships in which I helped owners understand what their businesses could become—and make the strategic and practical decisions needed to get there.
“Bob’s ability to see the larger opportunity, establish direction and translate strategy into practical action made a material contribution to our growth. We would not have achieved the same result without him.”

What people value about the work.
The circumstances differ. The themes stay consistent: clarity, candor, perspective, practical judgment—and the ability to turn discussion into action.

Bob French
Experience that guides better decisions.
I am an entrepreneur, CEO and co-founder of Yoga Health Center, and lead author of the forthcoming Practice for Life™. My career spans enterprise sales, strategic growth, executive leadership, business consulting and more than thirty years of building a wellness organization with my wife, Regina.
Right out of college, I joined Burroughs Business Machines and began learning sales and business door-to-door on the main street of Hamilton, Ontario, carrying a business machine under my arm. At Olivetti, I sold the seventy-eight-pound Programma 101, one of the first desktop computers, through demonstration. A competitive athlete, I ran the stairs to meetings. By the time I walked in, I was ready.
At Xerox’s Systems Division, I moved into complex systems and major accounts. Over ten years, division sales grew from $12 million to $500 million annually. I led enterprise sales teams and major-account initiatives that contributed to that growth.
After Xerox, I became an entrepreneur—winning sales, creating partnerships, securing sponsorships and building businesses. Across my career, I have personally made and led deals representing hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.
Working inside and alongside hundreds of companies has taught me to recognize patterns and assess a business’s leadership, sales capability, resources and readiness.
The purpose is clarity: the future you want, what matters most now, and what you need to get there.

How I use AI
AI expands the inquiry. Judgment determines what matters.
I use AI as a force multiplier. I can explore quickly and go deep—follow a line of thinking as far as it needs to go, connect more information than any one person could hold, and test alternatives in hours rather than weeks.
It also lets me assemble a world-class team of specialized perspectives around a business.
Most of all, it lets me synthesize work I have been building for decades and focus it on your situation fast.
I have put real time into training it—giving it my own frameworks and my best thinking to date, and I use it in my own business every day. Even so, I still examine its conclusions carefully, against judgment, experience and where the business actually is. Business is always in motion; what is right at one point may not be right at another. AI expands the thinking. Responsibility for the decision stays human.
